To determine the companies that will be recognized, Utah Business Magazine utilizes Qualtrics survey technology. This allows them to anonymously survey the workforce about their opinions on relevant issues, including flexibility, pay equity, vacation time, management, and more. We are thrilled to report that the value we place on our employees is being recognized, with 68% of Scorpion respondents saying they are extremely satisfied with their compensation and benefits.
Further, flexible time off, paid company cell phone, and healthcare were among some of the benefits respondents enjoyed the most. Of note, 77% of Scorpion employees also reported that they are given the equipment they need to do their jobs effectively. As far as fair employment practices go, 89% believe that the company goes about its practices fairly.
